Why Invest in New Beginnings Outreach Ministries of Southern Ohio Freedom Hall Recovery Center?

                It works! Since 2004 Freedom Hall Recovery Center has treated over 400 men and women in the area of drug and alcohol addiction at no cost. Many of the clients that come to our facility do not have insurance or any means to pay for treatment as they have come to the end of their life and are without hope.  Freedom Hall offers those without hope a second chance at life where all roads are leading to death or incarceration.

                Freedom Hall is an inpatient treatment center that houses, feeds and clothes up to 31 males and 10 females. Since the inception of Freedom Hall we have maintained capacity with a continual waiting list that conservatively has over 10 people awaiting treatment for up to six months at our facility.  

                The program at Freedom Hall is a nine to twelve month treatment that is continued with another twelve month transition period. Our treatment consists of the Cognitive Behavior Theory of treatment combined with a twelve step program designed with the goal of directing the resident to a relationship with Jesus Christ. The residents attend classes with licensed counselors, do assignments and Bible studies as well as attend worship regularly at New Beginnings Outreach Ministries Worship Center.

Our success…

                Of over the 400 plus men and women that have entered Freedom Hall Recovery Center’s program 30% have completed the entire program and graduated of those that have completed the program 57% of those have remained clean and sober and have become productive members of society and many of those continue to serve Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Many of our residents have:

• Completed GED programs and received their High School Diploma

• Entered construction apprenticeship programs

• Started their own business

• Began taking college classes and earning degree’s

• Obtained good jobs and began careers

Our needs…

            Our budget is approximately $120,000.00 annually that includes:

• Facility mortgage
• One full time paid staff member
• Utilities
• Facility maintenance
• 3 Vans – used to transport residents to outside meetings, appointments and church attendance
• Fuel
• Maintenance
• Replacement cost
• Food
• Cleaning and Cooking Supplies
• Insurance
• Sewage maintenance
• Office supplies
• Office equipment

Our Funding

Freedom Hall Recovery Center is funded on total faith donation by friends, supporters, organizations, corporations and former residents. Freedom Hall is not funded by the Government, one particular organization, church or corporation.

Our Future

To upgrade or female facility to house 15 or more residents- cost $50,000.00

One more paid staff member – cost $30,000.00

New class rooms, meeting rooms and administrative facility- $50,000.00
